These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kathgodam Taxi Service website and services. By using our site or requesting booking assistance you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Kathgodam Taxi Service is a lead-generation and booking assistance platform. We connect customers with independent local taxi owners/operators. We do not own vehicles, supply drivers, or directly provide transportation services.

2. Booking process

• You provide booking details (name, phone, pickup, drop, date/time).
• We forward your request to one or more local taxi operators from our network.
• The taxi owner/operator who accepts the booking is responsible for confirmation, pricing, pickup, conduct, and the ride itself.

3. Payments

Payments for taxi services are typically made directly to the operator unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you pay any fee to us (e.g., administrative/service fee), that payment will be handled by our payment processor and subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact and booking information.
• You must carry valid ID and follow local laws during travel.
• You must treat drivers/operators respectfully and follow their instructions.

5. Operator responsibilities

Each taxi owner/operator is an independent service provider and is responsible for vehicle condition, licensure, pricing, and safety. Kathgodam Taxi Service does not guarantee or control operator actions.

6. Liability limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Kathgodam Taxi Service is not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the acts or omissions of independent taxi operators. If you have a complaint about a ride, contact the operator first and notify us — we'll assist where possible.

7. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by operator. If you paid a fee to Kathgodam Taxi Service, refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All website content and branding belong to Kathgodam Taxi Service unless otherwise stated.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India. Disputes will be subject to Uttarakhand jurisdiction.
