No. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. Taxi services are provided by independent local operators.
Who sets the fare and collects payment?
Fares and payment methods are set by the individual taxi operator. In most cases payment is done directly to the operator (cash/UPI). If you pay us a service fee, we will clearly state it before payment.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms vary by operator. If an operator confirms a booking, cancellation fees (if any) are determined by that operator. If you paid a fee to Kathgodam Taxi Service, contact us for refund support.
What if there is an issue with the ride?

Are drivers/operators verified?
We share leads only with taxi owners/operators who are locally known or verified to the best of our ability. However, operators are independent — please verify ID and vehicle details at pickup.

Do you share my data with operators?
Yes — we share the minimum booking details required (name, phone, pickup/drop) with operators so they can fulfil the booking. We do not sell your data.
